Job summary

Parexel FSP is seeking a Scientist III- Potency Assay for a full-time, long-term assignment onsite at a client site in Rahway, NJ. The role supports routine testing for release, stability studies, in-process samples, and cell-line development for biologics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related science with 3–5 years of experience (or a Master’s with 1–2 years), hands-on ELISA, qPCR, and immunoassay experience, and familiarity with SoftMax Pro and BSL-2 cabinets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related science with 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics testing, or a Master's degree in a related science with 1–2 years of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics testing
Current cellular and/or molecular biology and immunoassay experience
Experience with ELISA, HCP, protein-A (proA), and binding potency assay

Responsibilities

Supports routine testing for release, stability studies, in-process, and/or cell-line development
Monitors controlled temperature units
Completes sample submission and sample management
Maintains accurate documentation and records
