Duration: Contract - 12 Months

Overview

Laboratory-based role supporting assay development activities. This position involves hands-on bench work in a fast-changing R&D environment, utilizing novel and evolving methods. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience running ELISA assays
• Experience with MSD platform preferred
• Strong pipetting, buffer preparation, and general laboratory skills
• Experience following experimental protocols and maintaining laboratory documentation
• Understanding of assay development concepts including antibody titration, optimization, and sub-saturating conditions
• Experience preparing and characterizing reagents including antibody biotinylation and HABA assay or similar techniques
• Familiarity with laboratory automation systems (Hamilton, Integra, or similar)
• Experience with LIMS or electronic lab notebooks
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
