Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Research Associate for our Bioanalytical-In Vitro DMPK team in Brisbane, CA. You will develop LC-MS/MS methods, quantify drugs and biomarkers, and support in vivo and in vitro ADME studies.

The role requires strong bioanalytical expertise and collaboration across departments. The candidate will manage CRO projects, analyze samples from various matrices, and report results with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS or master’s with >4 years’ experience in a discovery setting using LC-MS/MS in pharma/biotech.
• Broad experience in small molecule bioanalytical assay development/sample analysis using LC-MS/MS.
• Experience with AB SCIEX mass spectrometry software.

Responsibilities

• Provide bioanalytical support for in-house PK and non-GLP safety TK.
• Develop LC-MS/MS methods for quantifying drugs, metabolites and biomarkers.
• Independently operate and maintain LC-MS/MS systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage CROs to ensure timely delivery of quality data.
• Document findings in scientific ELNs and report results.
