Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in US university as a first- or second-year student in a science or data-related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop cellular immunology techniques including cell culture, ELISpot/FluoroSpot, and flow cytometry.
• Learn assay planning and design with proper controls and procedures.
• Interpret results and analyze data using GraphPad PRISM and R.
• Document experiments and data analysis per SOPs and regulatory guidance.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with GxP documentation guidelines.
• Adhere to GLP regulations and safety requirements in a BSL-2 lab.
• Prepare technical summaries and presentations of findings.
• Present outcomes at the end-of-summer intern symposium.
