Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Indiana seeks a Portfolio Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle for assigned offerings, ensuring clinical relevance, scalability, compliance, and competitive positioning. You will partner across Operations, Clinical/Lab, Quality, Finance, IT, and Sales to advance Versiti's mission as a blood health organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with emphasis in marketing, life sciences, or related field.
• Master's Degree with emphasis in business (MBA), marketing, program management, healthcare or related area preferred.
• 4-6 years combined experience in sales, sales training, product marketing, project management, product development and/or product launch.
• 1-3 years Supervisory/management experience.
• 1-3 years Experience managing the development lifecycle for multiple product or service lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle governance and portfolio planning for assigned offerings.
• Define pricing/packaging with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with product development, growth marketing, and business development teams to bring products to market.
• Ensure onboarding and user adoption in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Develop business cases including TAM/SAM/SOM, unit economics, and ROI forecasting.
• Coordinate governance with Operations, Lab/Clinical leadership, IT, and Quality/Regulatory.
• Provide portfolio updates to leadership and maintain cross-functional communications.
