Job summary

Seaport Therapeutics in Boston is seeking a lab-based bioanalytical co-op focused on LC-MS to support the Discovery team's preclinical work. The successful candidate will work on in vitro screenings of lipid prodrugs and contribute to method development for quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Lab/co-op experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HPLC, LC-MS, and analytical techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute in vitro experiments using LC-MS for screening lipid prodrugs.
• Process and analyze samples to generate data for prodrugs (DMPK focus).
• Contribute to LC-MS method development for quantitative/qualitative analyses.
• Routine use and troubleshooting of LC-MS instrumentation.
• Document all experiments using an electronic notebook and analyze data for reports.
