Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino is seeking a Pulltab Sales Clerk to engage guests, sell pulltabs, and maintain high guest service standards in the Twin Cities’ largest entertainment destination.

You will verify and reconcile cash, explain games, answer questions, and assist with Bingo and Pulltab operations while upholding Title 31 compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to speak, write and read English clearly.
• Must be able to pass a basic math skills test.

Responsibilities

• Sells pulltabs to guests while applying high guest service standards to maximize player purchases.
• Sells special Bingo games to guests in the Bingo Hall pulltab booth.
• Verifies and reconciles bank with varying amounts, depending on assigned post.
• Assists Supervisor in swapping pulltab inventory boxes during opening, breaking, and end of shift; maintains and tracks inventory.
• Explains games to guests, answers questions, gives directions, and handles minor complaints.
• Sorts winning Pulltabs by game and may perform other Bingo or Pulltab roles as needed.

Job Overview:Sells pulltabs to guests while applying high guest service standards to maximize player purchases and enhance guest casino experience.

Illuminate Your Future: What You’ll Do

• Engages in a positive guest interaction while selling pulltabs to guests and pays out prizes up to prescribed amounts.
• Sells special Bingo games to guest while working in the Bingo Hall pulltab booth.
• Verifies and reconciles bank with varying amounts, depending on assigned post.
• Assists Supervisor in swapping pulltab inventory boxes during opening, breaking, and end of shift. Maintains and tracks inventory of pulltabs assigned.
• Explains games to guests, answers questions, gives directions, and handles minor complaints.
• Sorts winning Pulltabs by game.
• May perform other Bingo or Pulltab roles as needed.
• Acts in accordance to regulatory compliance through the monitoring and reporting of Title 31.
