Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a supervisor to oversee Bingo/Pulltabs floor operations on-site. You will lead staff, assign tasks, monitor game integrity, and report cash flow in compliance with regulations. This role requires a focus on guest service and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school graduate or GED.
One year of Bingo/Pulltabs operations or related gaming experience.
Must pass basic math and strategy test.
Basic computer skills.
