Job summary

Red Hawk Casino is seeking a dedicated Bingo Operations Supervisor to lead daily bingo activities and staff, ensuring accurate game flow and top guest service. You will manage inventory, verify payouts, and support management during shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, cash handling expertise, and a solid understanding of internal controls and Title 31 compliance. On-site position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of bingo, casino, gaming, or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bingo operations, gaming procedures, and internal control standards.
• Experience with POS systems, bingo accounting systems, Title 31 compliance, and reporting systems such as Resorts Advantage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and decision maker in the absence of the Director of Specialty Games.
• Oversee daily bingo operations and provide leadership for Bingo Attendants.
• Perform all job functions of a Bingo Attendant while providing oversight in the absence of Bingo Management.
• Open and close the bingo hall, ensuring all gaming equipment, POS systems, caller stations, and operational areas are properly prepared for each session.
• Coordinate daily bingo hall setup, including inventory preparation, supply distribution, floor readiness, and guest service standards.
• Review and maintain inventory counts of bingo paper, pull tabs, electronics, tickets, portable units, and all gaming supplies.
• Direct Inventory Clerks on proper issuance of bingo inventory and ensure accurate setup of bingo packs and inventory shelves for upcoming sessions.
