Sheridan Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for our night shift (7pm–7am). This full-time role offers hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and a chance to grow with a growing print manufacturing team.

You will learn to operate bindery equipment, maintain quality, work with a team to meet daily goals, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read decimals and measurements.
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
