Sheridan Ohio is seeking an Assistant Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the 7pm–7am night shift. You will learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to a fast-paced production line.

We provide hands-on training for cutters, folders, stitchers and perfect binders, with a team-focused environment to meet daily goals. Overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits after 30 days are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read simple instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, binders).
• Keep machines running by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
