Job summary

RRD in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated team member for the bindery crew on the first shift in a climate-controlled environment. You will load, move, label, and bundle materials for shipping, with occasional use of automated equipment and industrial handling tools.

The role requires standing up to eight hours, good organizational skills, and basic proficiency with packing materials and inserter equipment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Job Description

The De Pere, Wisconsin RRD team is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join the bindery crew. This is a first shift position in a climate-controlled environment.

• Load and unloads materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
• Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher. May occasionally use automated equipment and/or operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Builds pallets and applies all necessary paperwork to the pallet and moves pallet to a shipping staging area. Performs off line tasks as needed, (floorwork, cleaning trays, giving breaks, fixing packing errors)

Qualifications

• Should be able to stand up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills.
• Basic skill in the use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners, related equipment
• The ability to work on an inserter attached to the top or back of a press.

Additional Information

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is $15.00 to $17.34 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
