Job summary

RRD Company in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated team member to join the bindery crew on the 1st shift in a climate-controlled environment. You will load and unload materials, move them with hand trucks or electric dollies, apply labels, and assemble bundles for shipping.

The pay range is $15.00 to $17.34 per hour, with overtime, benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Organizational skills are required.
• Basic use of shrink-wrap or strapping equipment, manual dollies, pallet jacks, tape fasteners.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Convey materials to designated areas using hand trucks, electric dollies, or other devices.
• Attach labels/tags to materials and record information on cases or containers.
• Bundle materials using banding machine; assist with loading or hoisting as needed.
• Build pallets and complete paperwork; perform floorwork and basic cleaning tasks.
