Job summary

Moore Company is seeking a Bindery Helper to support production operations by preparing and finishing printed materials to established quality standards. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains quality, and contributes to a safe, organized work environment in a 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities include catching and banding materials, assembling boxes, entering job data into PSI, and keeping workstations clean. Prior experience in a fast-paced print/bindery setting is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Up to one month of related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist production by preparing and finishing printed materials according to quality standards.
• Handle packaging tasks: catching/banding materials and assembling boxes.
• Enter job information into PSI system at start and end of each job.
• Maintain a clean, organized bindery area and report issues to supervisor.
• Move materials using pallet jack or forklift and support routine machine maintenance.
