Moore is a data-driven constituent experience management company seeking a Bindery Helper to support production operations in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on preparing and finishing printed materials while upholding established quality standards and safe working conditions.

You will contribute to efficient workflows, maintain quality, and support a clean, organized bindery area. The position requires the ability to read job jackets and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Up to one month of related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish printed materials according to quality standards.
• Maintain production workflow and cleanliness of bindery area.
• Enter job information into the PSI system at start and completion of each job.
• Move materials using pallet jack or forklift; assist with setup and breakdown of production runs.
• Read and follow bindery job jackets and instructions.
• Operate and maintain bindery equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
