Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking to train a driven individual to operate high‑speed bindery equipment. You will learn setup, feed and adjust machinery to meet production quality standards and deadlines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and hands‑on work in a factory environment with potential overtime. No prior bindery experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability on a team.
• Safety footwear and hearing protection required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
