Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a motivated individual to operate and set up high-speed bindery equipment in a 1st shift position. You will learn on cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders while helping maintain production quality and pace.

We value reliability, the ability to read job instructions and measurements, and teamwork. Training is provided; prior bindery experience is a plus, but not required. Safety gear and a supportive shop environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Reliable team member with good attendance and reliability.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Takes pride in doing quality work and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
