Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a motivated entry-level Bindery Operator to learn hands-on on high-speed bindery equipment. You will be trained to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while keeping machines running and production on track.

Working Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, you’ll participate in quality checks, assist with setup, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace in a factory environment. No prior bindery experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to use basic tools.
• Able to read simple job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and quality checks.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products and ensure quality standards.
