Job summary

The Bernard Group, a 100% employee-owned visual merchandising company in Chanhassen, MN, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Bindery production area, supervise, mentor and coach employees, and drive efficiency. You will manage training, staffing, cost control, and workflow, while improving quality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires strong leadership and hands-on oversight of production operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years experience in a production leadership capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, mentor, coach and train employees for development and engagement.
• Set high performance expectations and provide feedback to ensure those expectations are met.
• Work with Production and Assembly Leads to prioritize and direct department workflow.
• Support a safe environment and drive towards zero OSHA recordables.
• Maintain high quality standards and monitor throughput.
