• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Monitor quality and adjust machines to keep production on track.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery equipment and assist with setup of cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
