Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and help you build books, catalogs, and printed materials used every day.

We welcome learners who are ready to grow, with on-the-job training, a stable full-time schedule, and opportunities to advance in print manufacturing while working safely on a fast-paced, team-based floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• High school Diploma or GED, or related training.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
