Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Bindery Operator II on the Night Shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Under supervision, you will ensure safety, quality, and production goals, with opportunities for cross-training and advancement within Pregis' manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with bindery, finishing, printing, mailing, or manufacturing.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and machine setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and monitor bindery and finishing equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production goals throughout shifts.
• Lead and support production crews; coordinate multiple machines.
• Document production counts and maintain clean work areas.
