Job summary

The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on bindery operator. You’ll learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment, set up cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, and help keep machines running while meeting daily production goals.

No bindery experience? We’ll train you. This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, safety awareness, and teamwork in a factory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Reliability and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
