This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer-focused service. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience with finishing machinery, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable work experience.
• Experience with finishing and bindery equipment.
• Familiar with padder, cutter, drill press, electric punch, comb opener, folder, and off-line tape binder.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and perform production requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Ensure output is quality checked and follows submitted instructions.
• Meet production and quality standards by observing equipment operations.
• Detect malfunctions and deviations and adjust controls to correct.
• Conserve equipment and supplies to control costs.
• Deliver requested jobs within established timeframes.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by manager.
