Job summary

Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to join the Bindery team and learn ancillary machines. We’ll train you to run high‑speed paper sheeting equipment and to set up, run, and maintain small bindery tools.

On the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) this full‑time role offers competitive pay with overtime opportunities and a path to a long‑term career in print manufacturing. Safety and teamwork are emphasized as you help produce books, catalogs, and printed materials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Punctual, reliable and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run and maintain bindery equipment.
• Monitor quality and adjust machines to keep production on track.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean workspace.
