Job summary

Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of bindery experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills to set up and operate MBO folding equipment.
• Basic math skills including ability to read a ruler.

Responsibilities

• Operate folder/cutter equipment and maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and uphold production requirements.
• Examine job tickets to determine job-specific instructions.
• Set up on MBO folding equipment and roll unwinder or sheet fed.
• Possess mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
