Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire (part of the Sheridan Group) is hiring four team members to learn hands-on bindery operations and operate high-speed equipment. You’ll contribute to producing books, catalogs and printed materials with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Offered is a full-time 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Training provided; join a growing print manufacturing team committed to safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanical incline and ability to use basic tools.
• Ability to read decimals and measurements.
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
