Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring four team members to learn and grow in print manufacturing. You will operate high-speed bindery equipment, support a fast-paced production floor, and help ensure quality across our catalogs and books.

This full-time 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) includes overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, plus hands-on training, a safety-focused culture, and benefits after 30 days to support your long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, etc.).
• Mechanical inclinations with ability to use basic tools.
• Able to read simple instructions and measurements.
• Reliable, collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly via adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
