Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking 4 team members to learn hands-on bindery operations on the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to quality printed materials.

You’ll be part of a stable, full-time manufacturing environment with overtime opportunities, a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks, and benefits after 30 days. If you’re mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to grow, join Sheridan and help produce

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry encouraged.
• Able to read decimals and measurements.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
