Job summary

Binance in the United States is seeking a partnerships-oriented professional to drive adoption of TradFi suites via strong relationships with financial partners. You will plan and execute go-to-market activities, map market opportunities, and monitor performance with clear leadership-ready reporting.

The role requires coordinating across product, legal/compliance and marketing to bring deals from term sheet to live product.

• Research & Opportunity Analysis: Map TradFi/RWA verticals for partnerships and pricing benchmarks.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like onboarding funnel and volumes with leadership-ready reporting.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate product, listing, legal/compliance and marketing to move deals to live product.
• Process Improvement: Use AI/automation to speed up onboarding, due diligence and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationships: Build relationships with TradFi partners to drive adoption of Binance's TradFi suites (tokenized equities/RWA etc) - measured in partner-sourced volume and revenue.
• GTM Planning & Execution: Assist in planning and executing launch campaigns and distribution programs for TradFi products with internal teams and external partners.
• Research & Opportunity Analysis: Map TradFi/RWA verticals to identify issuance and distribution partners, pricing benchmarks and regulatory considerations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track partnership and GTM KPIs - onboarding funnel, volumes/AUC, conversion to first transaction - with clean reporting for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate product, listing, legal/compliance and marketing to take deals from term sheet to live product.
• Process Improvement: Use AI/automation to speed up partner onboarding, due diligence and pipeline management.
