Binance Accelerator Program in the United States invites undergrad/grad talent to gain hands-on experience in LLMs, AI Agents, and compliance workflows within a leading global crypto ecosystem. You will contribute to identity verification, business entity checks, and due diligence tasks while learning through real projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have education in business analytics or CS, exposure to prompts or AI tools, basic coding, and strong Mandarin

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI Agents.
• Basic coding or scripting ability.
• Interest in compliance, risk control, or operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal Mandarin; coordination with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with KYC, KYB, and EDD workflows and related due diligence tasks.
• Support testing and optimization of LLM/Agent-based workflows for compliance operations.
• Review prompts, automation logic, and model outputs.
• Document findings, edge cases, and process improvements.
• Assist with implementation, evaluation, and operational analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is careful, detail-oriented, and interested in LLMs and AI Agents.

What you will work on

• KYC (Know Your Customer): helping improve processes for identity verification, document review, and user onboarding
• KYB (Know Your Business): supporting business entity verification and related due diligence workflows
• EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence): assisting with more complex review cases, risk signals, and investigation support
• Helping test and optimize LLM/Agent-based workflows for compliance operations
• Reviewing prompts, automation logic, and model outputs
• Documenting findings, edge cases, and process improvements
• Supporting small-scale implementation, evaluation, and operational analysis tasks

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate background in business data analytics, computer science or a related field.
• Some hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI Agents
• Basic coding or scripting ability is a plus
• Interest in compliance, risk control, or operational efficiency is a plusIf you are reliable, practical, and excited about applying AI to real business workflows
• Responsible and patient in repetitive or process-heavy work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Capable of creating clear documentation and presentations.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
