Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to maintain bin accuracy and support efficient storage operations. You will follow SOPs, perform cycle counts, and ensure SKUs are in correct bin locations using WMS (SAP). The role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will also manage housekeeping, report discrepancies, and assist with slotting tasks as needed while adhering to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficiency with WMS systems, preferably SAP, and strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bin accuracy ≥99% during cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure SKUs stored in correct bin locations per WMS (SAP).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas daily.
• Identify and report damaged product, bins, or racking immediately.
• Utilize bin capacity efficiently and position high-velocity SKUs for access.
• Follow SOPs 100% of the time and document bin changes.

Summary: The Bin Optimizer is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory placement, ensuring warehouse zone compliance, and optimizing bin utilization to support efficient warehouse operations.
