Job summary

Raining-Ros in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate stock levels within our ERP system and support daily operations. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will perform counts, update end-of-lots, and collaborate with teams to drive efficiency while upholding GMP and OSHA standards. Prior ERP experience is essential; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP software preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA regulations preferred.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and update the ERP system.
• Manage cycle counts on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Coordinate disposal of unwanted materials and update quantities in the system.
• Monitor end-of-lot processes and investigate shortages or discrepancies.
• Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Uphold GMP and Safe Practices in all duties.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.

SUMMARYThis position is responsible for executing daily tasks to ensure all inventories are accurate and up to date at all times by completing inventory counts, updating changes/end of lots, and general cleanup.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
