Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Virtual Construction/VDC Specialist to advance BIM workflows for project coordination and execution. You will build integrated models, run clash analyses, and support scheduling visualizations for multi-disciplinary teams on onsite projects in Utah.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in a related field, 1–3 years of BIM/VDC experience, strong BIM/CAD skills, and the ability to work across design, estimating, and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• 1–3 years of BIM/VDC experience in AEC preferred.
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD applications required.
• Programming/coding skills preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and fast-paced multi-project work.
• Understanding of AEC workflows and delivery team roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain integrated models using Navisworks and generate clash reports.
• Participate in virtual coordination meetings and support decision-making.
• Extract BIM data for estimating and coordinate with field teams.
• Create 3D models and integrated coordination drawings for design teams.
• Provide model-based layout coordinates and as-built reports for field teams.
• Process, register, and publish laser scan data for coordination.
• Create 4D/5D renderings and schedule visualizations for proposals.
• Support research and testing of new BIM/VDC technologies.
• Assist field teams with drone and reality capture services as needed.
