Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager, Scheduling, to lead master schedules for BIM projects and coordinate across multiple pods. You will drive risk assessments, track performance, and ensure alignment with client and internal milestones.

This role demands 7+ years of scheduling leadership in construction or manufacturing, with strong BIM coordination skills and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in project management, scheduling, and coordination within construction or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of coordination, scheduling methodologies, and workflow optimization for MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, PowerBI, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master schedule for BIM projects to align with milestones and delivery timelines.
• Oversee multiple project pod groups and ensure seamless collaboration between BIM modelers and coordinators.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and schedule conflicts and implement mitigation strategies to improve workflow and performance.
• Present schedule updates and risk reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
