Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in the construction industry with a minimum of 2 years of direct BIM/VDC responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall project BIM coordination process on medium-size/complexity projects.
• Analyze models provided by Architects and Design Engineers.
• Run clash detection, document clashes, and track throughout construction.
