Job summary

McGough in Bismarck, ND is seeking a VDC Project Manager to develop and execute BIM Execution Plans, integrating BIM and VDC to improve project outcomes. The role requires on-site collaboration with project teams, owners, architects, engineers, and fabricators.

You will mentor junior VDC staff, lead 3D coordination, create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables with Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, Fuzor, and related tools, and support BEP schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor-level or higher in AEC related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years planning and executing BIM/VDC at the project level.
• Advanced proficiency with Revizto, Navisworks and Revit.
• Experience with laser scanning and processing scan data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BIM Execution Plans with project teams.
• Lead 3D coordination and 4D/5D modeling activities.
• Create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables using Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and Fuzor.
• Mentor junior VDC staff and promote LEAN practices.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and fabricators.
