Job summary

ABLe Communications, Inc. seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM/VDC processes for low voltage construction projects. You will establish standards, templates, workflows, and QA procedures to ensure constructible models reflect design intent and field conditions.

You will mentor the BIM team, coordinate with project stakeholders, and drive clash detection, BEP execution, and model fidelity across multiple active projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/BIM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in BIM/VDC, with commercial construction coordination experience.
• 2+ years leading BIM coordination and model development.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC processes, develop standards, templates, and QA procedures.
• Develop 3D BIM models (Revit/Navisworks) and coordinate with trades.
• Review BEP requirements, manage content, and ensure constructability.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide technical guidance.
