Environmental Air Systems, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a BIM/VDC Lead to manage building information models for HVAC modular projects, coordinate design teams, and deliver clash-free designs.

You will set up Navisworks NWF files, maintain Navis models, run clash reports, and lead BIM/coordination meetings with all trades to keep schedules on track.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and office tools, plus proven team leadership, are required.

Competenze

• Revit 2024 or newer required.
• Navisworks 2024 or newer required.
• Bluebeam skills helpful.
• AutoCAD experience helpful is a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Experience leading a collaborative team.
• Proficient with Google Meet and MS Teams.
• Proficient with email (Gmail) and calendars.

Mansioni

• Lead BIM for project; maintain Navis model and perform clash detection.
• Create project information sheet highlighting main requirements and items not to miss.
• Set up an internal Navisworks NWF file and ensure models are appended with official models for other trades.
• Lead BIM/Coordination meetings with all trades and coordinate 3rd party resources.
• Add views, filters, and sheets to Revit models as needed; update as required.
• Provide files and information to Mech designers and 3rd party resources.
