B&I Contractors, Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Electrical Coordinator to develop accurate electrical BIM models and shop drawings, supporting field installation, coordination, and fabrication.

The role collaborates with project management, field supervision, fabrication, and other trades to keep models constructible and coordination-ready. Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, BIM software proficiency, and the ability to communicate across multiple project teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial Electrical BIM/VDC.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Forma and related 3D detailing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical BIM models to a complete, constructable state per contract documents and project requirements.
• Produce clear, accurate shop drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Coordinate electrical systems with other trades and maintain updated models.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to resolve coordination issues.
