Job summary

The ideal candidate has about five years of detailing experience, plumbing/steam piping familiarity, and proficiency in Plant 3D, Revit and Navisworks; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of detailing experience, with piping/utility focus.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, PFDs, and process piping is required.
• Ability to lead detailing projects and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailing projects from kickoff to completion.
• Review spool drawings, BIM models, and construction drawings for accuracy and standards.
• Manage detailing deliverables to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Develop project specifications and PVF requirements.
• Plan detailing activities around milestones.
• Mentor detailing team and ensure quality control.
• Communicate with project teams during construction.
