Qualifications

• Minimum five years in plumbing and steam fitting apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of plumbing, piping, and HVAC piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical and plumbing piping systems.
• Produce spool sheets, shop drawings, installation drawings, material lists, and point layout files.
• Coordinate piping and plumbing systems with other trades using BIM coordination tools and clash detection.
• Review submittals and P&IDs for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Lead or co-lead model reviews with owners and project stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, foremen, and field teams.
• Maintain organization and time management to meet project deadlines.
