Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Exton, PA, seeks an experienced Design Engineer to support PCI Philadelphia 596 operations. You will develop BIM/VDC models using Revit, coordinate with operations, and ensure model coordination and clash detection.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years BIM/VDC experience, a portfolio in Revit, and proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 Design/Glue. This role requires collaborative problem solving and a commitment to industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred.
2-year technical degree or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
4+ years BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 Design/Glue.

Responsibilities

Attend kick off meeting to define LOD, scope, and contract requirements.
Create 3D models utilizing Revit.
Coordinate with point cloud files and ensure spatial coordination.
Perform BIM compliance checks and clash detection using Navisworks.
Create and maintain project-specific BIM content and standards.
Collaborate with Design and Operations Team to implement BIM/VDC best practices.
