Tessiers Mechanical Contractors, an APi Group company, is seeking a BIM Coordinator/VDC Technician to join our Midwest team in Sioux Falls. You will model, review, and coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems, creating constructible designs and field-ready drawings.

Strong Revit/Navisworks skills and 3+ years of experience are required. This role emphasizes collaboration with field teams, project managers, and fabrication teams, with opportunities to lead coordination meetings and improve

Competenze

Associate degree or CAD-related certification preferred; proficiency in Revit/Navis is acceptable in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3+ years experience in BIM coordination or VDC roles.
Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC duct/piping and plumbing systems materials.

Mansioni

Review MEP construction documents to create accurate construction models.
Coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems using fabrication parts in Revit and Navis.
Produce field installation drawings and reports for field and fabrication use.
Maintain communication with field teams, fabrication team, and project managers.
Lead mechanical and plumbing teams in project coordination meetings.
Set up projects in Revit and perform intermediate family editing.
