Job summary

LRK is a nationally recognized design firm seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to implement and manage BIM/VDC across architectural projects. This in-office role collaborates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure model integrity and efficient workflows.

You will develop Revit models, manage libraries and BEPs, run clash detection, and coordinate delivery using ACC/BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp or Rhino. Join LRK to advance BIM standards and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM/VDC coordination role within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360) and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows, including BIM Execution Plans.
• Solid understanding of how architectural and engineering disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced.
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage file hierarchies and project data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train all BIM and design technology concepts to project staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM processes and workflows using ACC/BIM 360, Revit, SketchUp or Rhino, and AutoCAD.
• Manage and create family libraries and templates.
• Review and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate BIM delivery at the project level, managing model production and documentation.
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Forma Model Coordination, Navisworks Manage, or similar tools.
• Facilitate model reviews and coordination meetings with project teams.
• Assist with data extraction, building analysis, and 4D scheduling as needed.
• Establish and maintain project folder structures and document management in Autodesk Forma.
• Ensure team members have access and training for BIM tools.
• Monitor model health and BIM standards throughout design to construction.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM/VDC tools.
