Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery, develop BIM standards, and mentor project teams across multiple projects. The role focuses on Revit, ACC, model coordination, and QA/QC to ensure high-quality BIM implementation.

The position emphasizes training, technology adoption, and ongoing process improvement while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive efficient design delivery and interoperability across platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years BIM management or project BIM leadership experience in AEC.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, ACC, and BIM delivery workflows.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, QA/QC, and consultant collaboration.
  • Experience leading BIM implementation from kickoff to project completion.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino, and related tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

Job description

A nationally recognized architecture and design firm is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery initiatives and support BIM excellence across project teams. This role combines technical leadership, process development, training, and hands-on project support to ensure consistent, high-quality BIM implementation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with deep Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud expertise who is passionate about driving innovation, efficiency, and technology adoption throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BIM execution planning, standards implementation, and quality control efforts across multiple projects and teams.
  • Mentor and support Project BIM Leads, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Conduct model audits, QA/QC reviews, clash detection, and consultant coordination to ensure model accuracy and interoperability.
  • Manage BIM content libraries, digital assets, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environments, and related technology platforms.
  • Develop and deliver BIM training programs, workflow guidance, and best practices for project teams.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, software tools, and process improvements that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of BIM management, digital delivery, or project BIM leadership experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM project delivery workflows.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, QA/QC processes, and consultant collaboration.
  • Experience leading BIM implementation from project kickoff through project completion.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino, and related design technology platforms is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
