Job summary

LRK is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to implement and manage BIM/VDC workflows across a diverse portfolio of architectural projects in an in-office role.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure model integrity, efficient digital workflows, and successful project delivery. The role requires 3+ years in BIM/VDC coordination and strong Revit/Navisworks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM/VDC coordination role within architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of ACC/BIM 360 and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage BIM processes and workflows using ACC/BIM 360, Revit, SketchUp or Rhino, and AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models in coordination with project teams.
• Coordinate BIM delivery at the project level and manage model production and documentation.
• Lead clash detection and resolution using Forma Model Coordination, Navisworks Manage, or similar tools.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for BIM/VDC tools and platforms.
