Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a BIM Technician to join our growing team in Texas. You will use Revit and BIM tools to develop accurate, coordinated models, drawings, and project deliverables across a variety of civil projects.

Collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers, you will help transform concepts into high-quality construction documents while ensuring coordination and timely delivery. This role offers growth in BIM expertise in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Revit/BIM experience with an associate degree or related education, or 6+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• Strong Revit skills and a passion for creating accurate, well-organized models.
• Experience producing construction documents in an engineering, architectural, or design environment.
• Ability to read plans, sketches, specifications, and redlines and turn them into polished BIM deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine 3D Revit models and BIM-based construction documents.
• Coordinate models across disciplines and resolve design conflicts before construction.
• Produce high-quality plans, sections, details, and sheets.
• Own model updates, revisions, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Help develop Revit standards, templates, families, and BIM workflows.
• Mentor other BIM team members and share knowledge.
