Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our civil engineering team in Texas. You will produce full BIM/CAD drawings, 3D models and plan sets using Revit and CAD, coordinating with engineers to deliver complete documentation for agency approval.

You will oversee QA/QC, manage CAD workflows, and assist with training and CAD standard updates, while meeting tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of progressively responsible BIM experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, CAD, BlueBeam and Microsoft Office; strong blueprints and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with engineers and designers to produce complete plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM/CAD drawings, layouts, plans and profiles from conceptual layout to detailed finished product.
• Coordinate with engineering team to produce 3D models and plans (site development, drainage, water distribution, etc.).
• Prepare complete plan sets using Revit and CAD; manage CAD workflow and documents.
• Perform QA/QC on own work and review others’ outputs; meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Assist in training junior staff and updating CAD standards and documentation.
