Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a BIM Technician to turn designs into accurate BIM models and construction documents using Revit and other BIM tools. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to produce coordinated plans and deliverables across a variety of projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands-on Revit/BIM experience or 6+ years with a high school diploma/GED, strong Revit skills, and a passion for creating organized, high-quality BIM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Revit/BIM experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read drawings and redlines and produce BIM deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine 3D Revit models and BIM-based documents.
• Coordinate models with engineers, designers, and PMs to resolve conflicts.
• Produce plans, sections, details, sheets, and deliverables.
• Maintain model updates and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Contribute to BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
